Depending on what Ruby platform I choose on railsapi.com, I get different errors. None of them work.
Ruby 1.8:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /doc/rails-v2.3.2.1/ on this server. Apache/2.2.8 (Ubuntu) Phusion_Passenger/2.1.3 Server at railsapi.com Port 80
Ruby 1.9
Internal Server Error
