Cannot download custom package

I've tried several combinations with and without haml and always get 500 error. Running Firefox 3.6.16 on Windows XP Pro SP3. Happens on two different machines.

I've run into this problem; for me, whenever I add webrat, it 500's, but if I don't include webrat, it works.
